Weekly Somatic Trauma Therapy for High-Achieving Women in California
When you look calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, exhausted, and self-critical underneath — ongoing, body-based therapy that gets to the root.
You're the one who holds it together — competent, driven, the person everyone relies on. Underneath, your nervous system is running hot: anxious, overextended, never quite able to rest. Weekly somatic trauma therapy is where that changes — slowly, and for good.
Ongoing therapy gives us time to build real safety and work at the pace your nervous system can actually integrate — not just understanding your patterns, but releasing them from the body where they live.
I work with high-achieving women across California navigating:
• Anxiety and panic
• High-functioning burnout
• CPTSD and attachment trauma
• Toxic-relationship and narcissistic-abuse recovery
• Perfectionism, people-pleasing, parentification, and codependency
• Body-image and disordered-eating patterns rooted in trauma
To keep the work deep, I don't see teens, couples, or families — this practice is built entirely around individual therapy with adult women.
What we work on together
How weekly therapy works
We work somatically and integratively, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR — chosen to fit you, never forced into one method. Sessions move beyond insight and into the body, so change settles into your nervous system instead of staying in your head. Some weeks we track sensation and slow your system down; others we work with the protective parts of you, or reprocess a specific memory. It's paced with your nervous system, not a fixed protocol.
Virtual telehealth across California — Monday through Thursday
• In person — Tuesdays only, West Los Angeles, 10am–5pm
• 50-minute sessions, weekly — $325
• Out-of-network; superbills provided for possible reimbursement
Format, availability & rate
Virtual is full-strength here, not a lesser option. Somatic and parts-based work translate beautifully to telehealth — many clients go deeper from the safety of their own space.
Weekly therapy is ongoing and relational, building over months — ideal for unwinding deep, long-standing patterns. If you want focused momentum on one specific thing, or to start sooner without waiting on the waitlist, a Somatic Trauma Intensive may be the better entry point. Many clients do both.
Weekly therapy or an intensive?
How to begin
Weekly spots run through a waitlist. There's no free consult — the first step is a 50-minute Intake & Goal-Setting session ($325), the real start of the work.
Join the waitlist and I'll be in touch within 24–48 hours.
FAQs
-
Yes — for nervous-system and somatic work, virtual telehealth is just as effective, and it's how most of my clients work with me. What matters is the attunement between us, not the room. Virtual is my primary, high-touch offering across California.

Weekly, in 50-minute sessions. Consistency is what actually moves trauma work forward, especially early on. We'll revisit pacing together as you go.
-
I'm out-of-network and don't bill insurance directly. Sessions are $325 for 50 minutes, and I provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See my Rates & Insurance page for details.

It depends on what you're carrying and what you want. Trauma work is paced with your nervous system, not a fixed timeline — we'll set goals together and revisit them as we go.
